Description: |
The DC 11000 package is
intended for installations in (for example)
industrial premises, garage workshops
and schools. The dust-separator and turbo
pump are mounted on a common chassis.
The DC 11000 5.5/7.5 kW has flow capacity
for two smaller working places in simultaneous
use or one large connection, for example
a stationary grinder or heavy cleaning
with 50 mm accessories. The unit is equipped
with a vacuum relief valve which introduces
cooling air to the pump even when all
the outlets are closed. The filter cyclone
offers very efficient filtration with
extracted dust being collected in a plastic
collection sack. The filter is cleaned
by reverse pulse and cleaning is uninitiated
by a push-button on the control panel.
The tubing system is high quality zinc
coated carbon steel tubing, 76 mm diameter.
The tubing system ends in a capped 76
mm branch for easy expansion. The system
can also be supplied whereby the outlet
flap valves are equipped with micro switches
that start the central unit automatically
when an outlet is opened. Shut down at
the central unit occurs after an off delay. |
