self supporting articulated Technoflex
arms represent the ideal technical solution
for the extraction of welding fumes, gases,
steam aerosols, oily fogs,…
The polluted air is extracted from the
swivel hood through the pipes, then reaches
the fan (or the piping for the centralised
system) and from this point reaches the
filtering system used in the specific
applications. The rigid pipes which are
aluminium made and the plastic hood are
connected together by special external
joints. The Technoflex is completely made
in one piece of nylon hose PVC coated
with metal spiral inside. Technoflex arms
are provided with a joint which allows
a maximum rotation of 270°.
The totally external articulation system
avoids the polluted airflow to be obstructed
by any internal obstacle, ensuring a maintenance
free long working life of the arm.
Arms
are available in total lengths of 3.3,
4.2, 5.2, 6.2, 7.2, 8.2 and 9.2 metres.
End pieces are available in lengths
of 3.3 and 4.2 metres.
